Email Notifications
Configure email notifications for subscribers.
Setup
Email notifications require SMTP configuration. See Email Configuration.
Email Triggers

Email Content
Each email includes:
- Incident/maintenance title
- Current status
- Message/description
- Affected components
- Link to status page
- Unsubscribe link
Customization
Customize emails in Admin → Settings → Email Templates:
- Company logo
- Header/footer text
- Color scheme
- Custom CSS
Testing
- Go to Admin → Settings → Notifications
- Enter a test email address
- Click Send Test Email
Troubleshooting
Emails Not Sending
- Check SMTP configuration
- Verify email is enabled in settings
- Check server logs for errors
Emails Going to Spam
- Set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC records
- Use a verified domain
- Avoid spam trigger words
