Component Groups
Organize related components into logical groups.
What are Groups?
Component groups help organize your status page by grouping related services together. For example:

- Go to Admin → Component Groups
- Click Add Group
- Enter group name
- Assign to a status page
- Save
Assigning Components
When creating or editing a component:
- Select the group from the dropdown
- Save the component
Display Options
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| Expand by Default | Groups start expanded |
| Collapse by Default | Groups start collapsed |
| Show Group Status | Aggregate status indicator |
Ordering
- Drag groups to reorder them
- Drag components within groups
- Move components between groups
Group Status
Group status is determined by the worst status of its components:
- All operational → Group is operational
- One degraded → Group shows degraded
- One major outage → Group shows major outage
